LIMITED REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Hans C-Anchor, Inc., (HANS) warrants the
Anchor to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
for lifetime, from the date of original purchase. In case of
notification within the warranty period of defects in materials or
workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective anchor. Before
returning your anchor contact us for authorization (see return below).
Above specific warranty covers NORMAL USE and will NOT
"STEALTH" Anchor has been
abused, misused, or improperly maintained.
Anchor and / or necessary adjunct pieces of
equipment have been used to moor a vessel larger than the sizes
recommended for the particular
Anchor by HANS (sold with a Ground
Tackle Force Load Certificate (GTFL)).

90 DAY FULL REFUND POLICY

HANS, hereby guarantees that,
for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase, the registered
owner, purchaser, may return his
Anchor to seller, point of original purchase, if he is
not fully satisfied with the anchor for any reason. The
Anchor must be
accompanied by the original invoice or sales receipt, with the return. First
you have to contacts HANS for authorization.

Anchor must be returned, freight prepaid to HANS.
In case of repair or replacement we will return your
freight prepaid or COD, via a reliable transport company, to the address specified.
